LITA Staff are wonderful, but given how much is on their plates, anything we can do to let procedure help them out would be great. Clara and I weren't automatically on the list, but I'm not pointing at the staff, but at the procedure. As a manager, I believe a good checklist can cure anything. ;) (Or as Donald Norman wrote, "information is in the world"!)
