Under the theory that "the second mouse gets the cheese," since other divisions have been doing online instruction for a while, I'm curious to know what lessons-learned they have to share and how they make money from it. I know ACRL *is* making money (or so I've been told), and I would hazard that other forays into funded elearning have worked as well. Can we ask them? Sit in on meetings? Send in spies?
