Interest Groups

The LITA IG’s have worked really hard to develop some interesting programs for the annual conference in New Orleans. Check out the list of LITA meetings and programs for more information, times and locations.

Interested in an IG? It is very easy to become involved. Stop by their meeting or email the IG Chair for more information. IG’s are also a good way to add to your vita. Find out from the chair if they are holding elections. If so you may find yourself on the list of LITA leaders sooner than you think.

If you already are an IG officer or will be taking over some IG responsibilities after Annual, make sure you come to the Joint Committee Chairs and IG Chairs meeting on June 24th from 8:00-8:30am in the Convention Center.

If there is any IG Chairs that are not receiving emails from the COMCHAIR listserv, please contact the IG Coordinator at mcalsada [at] atlas-sys [dot] com.
