They&#8217;re starting their own strategic planning process, so it was interesting to see what they had to say in relation to what we&#8217;ve been doing. I blogged about it for the LITA Blog. (I&#8217;ll add the link once they post it. Update: here it is.) I saw Alex Cohen there; it was good to catch up. He lead the space planning workshop I attended in Boston earlier this year and followed up on some of the ideas we had talked about. He also had some interesting things to say about the OCLC Perceptions report. [...]</description>
