MJ – You’ll have to download the flash and then convert it. There are freeware video converters out there. If you google “free video converter” you’ll get more than a few suggestions. ffmpeg is a good one for the mac.

Cool, thanks. How can I download this video so I can watch it on my TV, please? The TV plays video files (mov, avi, ogg, xvid and so on) and not Flash.
