We just launched the “Share your story” campaign (see the PDF here: http://www.maintainitproject.org/spread-the-word) to collect stories on challenges around keeping these computers running as well as successes and lessons learned. The information collected will be distilled into a series of how-to guides tailored to the specific technical support needs of different types of public libraries. We’d love your help in getting the word out to Librarians, IT staff, and technology consultants! The more stories we collect, the better our guides will address the actual challenges libraries are facing.
